At Spicky, we are committed to delivering your orders in the best condition and within the shortest possible time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below.
1. Service Area
Currently, Spicky operates exclusively in Muzaffarpur, Bihar and selected nearby areas. We verify serviceability based on your device's GPS location or the address pin you set on the map.
2. Delivery Timing
- Standard Delivery: Typical delivery time ranges from 30 to 60 minutes.
- Extended Time: For long-distance orders (10km+) or orders requiring special preparation, delivery may take 60 to 90 minutes.
- Delays: Times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or high demand at the restaurant.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are dynamic and calculated based on the distance between the store/restaurant and the customer's location:
- Up to 3 km: Standard Base Fee.
- Above 3 km: Per km charges apply as displayed at checkout.
- Surge Pricing: Slightly higher fees may apply during rain or festivals to incentivize our riders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner, you can track the live location of the rider within the Spicky App.
5. Failed Deliveries
If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you twice. If undelivered, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued for perishable items (food).
