1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Spicky services. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Service & Delivery
- Spicky acts as an intermediary connecting users with local restaurants and grocery stores.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are dynamic and calculated based on the distance between the pickup location and your delivery address. The final fee is displayed at checkout.
- Preparation Time: Food preparation time varies by restaurant. Delivery estimates are approximate and depend on traffic and weather conditions.
3. Payments
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account.
4. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate address and contact details. Misuse of the app, fake orders, or abusive behavior towards delivery partners will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
